Prince Harry is "under pressure" by Meghan Markle to keep up his relationship with the Royal Family for commercial reasons, an expert has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have had a rocky relationship with the Firm since their departure in 2020, especially after the release of Prince Harry's revealing memoir, Spare.
Now, it's said that Meghan is encouraging Harry to keep some sort of connection with the Royal Family. Meanwhile, Harry hopes to return to Royal duties - alongside Meghan - but only part-time.
Speaking to The Mirror, royal expert Tom Quinn said: "Harry is under pressure to keep some sort of relationship with his family going, if only for the sake of the couple's new ventures.
"Harry still has vague hopes that he will be forgiven and will be offered a minor role somewhere. Harry will really make huge efforts to build bridges with his brother and be allowed to be the part-time royal (with Meghan) that he wants to be. But if palace officials have their way, it will never happen."

The Duke is set to have a "short and formal" meeting with King Charles when he visits the UK in May, Quinn added.
He said Harry is expected to speak at the Invictus Games 10th Anniversary Service at St. Paul’s Cathedral on May 8. While the trip is yet to be officially confirmed, Harry is listed as a guest speaker at the service.

However, a source close to the royal brothers has claimed Harry will do everything possible to "win" back William on his next trip to the UK.
The source told The Mirror: "Prince Harry will do all he can to 'win' back his brother Prince William on his trip to England - but he knows it will take time. He will do all he can to let his brother know he is there for him and to repair that bond.
"He knows it won't be easy. He wants nothing more for them to get back to how they once were. He knows it will take time, and Harry is ready to put in the work as he is determined to have his family back and show support."
