Speaking to The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, Ms Seward explains the late Queen Elizabeth made sure her son Andrew was protected after her death.

She said: “Sarah must have talked to the Queen and she must have said 'please look after Andrew for me'.”

Despite Sarah Ferguson’s scandals over the years, Ms Seward claims Andrew has also “supported” Fergie when times have been tough.

An embarrassing scandal that rocked the nation was when photographs of Fergie’s financial advisor, John Bryan, sucking her toes, were splashed across the front pages of British newspapers in the summer of 1992.

The Times reports the late Queen Elizabeth II told Sarah to “pack her bags and leave immediately”, while Prince Philip “never spoke to her again”.
