Police are appealing for witnesses after two motorcyclists in their 50s and 60s tragically died following a horror multi-vehicle collision on a country road. Leicestershire Police were called to a stretch of the B676 Saxby Road between Melton and Saxby just after 8am on Sunday following reports of a crash between two motorcycles and a car.

They arrived to find a grey Yamaha MT-10 MTN1000, a black Honda CBR 1000 RF, and a white Audi A4 at the scene. The drivers of the motorbikes - a man in his 50s and another in his 60s - were pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the car - a man in his 20s - escaped uninjured.
