TikTok to fight US ban law in courts

SAN FRANCISCO: TikTok's CEO said a US law signed on Wednesday (Apr 24) by US President Joe Biden was an effective ban on the social media company and would be fought in court.

"Make no mistake, this is a ban. A ban on TikTok and a ban on you and your voice," Shou Zi Chew said in a video message posted on TikTok.
