Slow-speed police chase in Georgia

It took a fleet of police, backed up by heavy machinery to bring the driver of a stolen front loader to a halt in Georgia, US. The suspect, a former employee with a waste management company, took the vehicle on a ride, before it was flipped on its side. He was arrested, and charged.
