has once again decided to avoid coming back to the UK, something which a royal commentator believes could be a good thing.

has confirmed he will be attending a service at St Paul's Cathedral on May 8 to celebrate 10 years of the Invictus Games, during which he will give a reading.

However his wife the Duchess of Sussex will not be with him, instead flying over to meet him in Nigeria later in the month for an official visit there.

Meghan has not visited the UK since 2022, and when she was here with Harry for the Platinum Jubilee the pair were booed as they attended the Service of Thanksgiving.

The Daily Mail's Richard Eden told Palace Confidential this week: "She does not want to return to Britain in a hurry. There are many people here who won't be sad about that. Meghan will be wary of getting booed at St Paul's."
