The Princess of Wales has been spotted on her first public outing, with onlookers saying that she appeared "happy and relaxed".

The Princess of Wales has been spotted accompanying Prince Wiliam at a farm shop near their home in Windsor.

The appearance marks Princess Kate's first public outing since undergoing planned abdominal surgery back in January.

The royal, 42, has made no official public appearances since Christmas Day, but is said to have been looking "happy and relaxed" during her outing with William.
