Prince Harry is back on British soil but a royal reunion seems off the cards as he faces "isolation" amidst King Charles' cold shoulder. The Duke of Sussex, who has flown in for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games at St Paul's Cathedral on May 8, was spotted at the Honourable Artillery Company for the Invictus Games Foundation Conversation: "Realising A Global Community'" summit on May 7.

Despite hopes of familial reconciliation during his visit, it appears unlikely that Harry will see either his father, King Charles, or his brother, Prince William.

The last time Harry was in the UK was for an urgent visit following King Charles' cancer diagnosis, sparking speculation of a possible thaw in the frosty relations between him and the Royal Family. However, any expectations of a heartfelt gathering have been dashed.

A spokesperson for Prince Harry stated: "It unfortunately will not be possible due to His Majesty''s full programme. The Duke of course is understanding of his father's diary of commitments and various other priorities and hopes to see him soon."

Amidst the formalities of the Invictus Games event, body language expert Judi James analysed photos and indicated that despite putting on a brave face, Prince Harry might be experiencing "feelings of isolation" during his current engagements, reports the Mirror.

Body language expert Judi James analysed Prince Harry's confident stride at a recent event, stating: "This is a confident, splayed-leg, knee-bent walk from Harry who, with his chin raised and an eye-smile that suggests some delight at all the royal-looking fuss here, appears more than happy to enjoy a reception that involves some sort of a military parade for him to inspect as well as a warm, bicep-grabbing man hug reception from his hosts."

However, she also noted signs of emotional turmoil in the Duke's behaviour, adding: "His emotional leakage signals, though, suggest where his thoughts might lie here though and even hint that the jauntiness is prompted by bravado."

Judi further observed Harry's nervous fiddling with his wedding ring, concluding: "As he brings his hands up in a barrier ritual, he is fiddling with his wedding ring with not one but two fingers. This is a self-comfort gesture that would suggest feelings of isolation and a desire for a back-up team from home."

She made these observations about the Duke who returned to the UK alone, without Meghan Markle and their children Archie and Lilibet, for these events. He will not be seeing his other family members nor will they be attending the celebration tomorrow.

Prince William, according to sources, will not be present at the celebration tomorrow or meet with Harry in general. A source told The Mirror's Royal Editor Russel Myers: "Their relationship remains extremely fractured. Harry has privately expressed a wish to sit down with his brother but now is not the time."

Following the anniversary event, Prince Harry is set to jet off to Nigeria to join Meghan. The couple have accepted an invitation from the Chief of Defense Staff, the country's top military official.

The visit is said to be in relation to the Invictus Games, which saw Nigeria participate for the first time last year in Dusseldorf, Germany.
