Prince George bears a "remarkable" resemblance to one of his relatives - but it's not someone from within the Royal Family. The second in line to the throne is the eldest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales and has often been compared to various relatives from different sides of his family.
George is the grandchild of King Charles and the late Diana, Princess of Wales, as well as the step-grandson of Queen Camilla. After a series of recent appearances, royal fans have highlighted just how much George’s resemblance to Diana’s brother, his great-uncle, Earl Spencer.
The Earl, who recently celebrated his 61st birthday, has stayed close to his nephews, Prince William and Prince Harry, since his sister's tragic death in 1997.

Commenting on a post with the caption: "George is a Spencer, Charlotte is a Windsor and Louis is a Middleton", a user said: "This is so true! I've said George is the double of Diana's sister Charles for years!"
Another one said: "Those genes knew what they were doing." A third one wrote: "Prince George looks just like his uncle Charles Spencer." Another one added: "George is Charles Spencer's twin."

Diana's brother shared two historic photographs on Instagram in November which were taken between 1940 and 1941 and showed his father, John Spencer, and grandfather, Albert Spencer.
His grandfather could be seen in military uniform, posing outside Althorp house - the Spencer family home - and sporting his signature moustache, while his father's snap showed him also in uniform posing in front of a wall covered in foliage.
Royal fans were quick to spot the striking resemblance between Prince George and Earl Spencer's father and took to the comment section to express their views.
One user wrote: "Prince George is the spitting image of your father." Another one agreed, adding: "I see his father in William also."
A third one said: "I think Prince George is the spitting image of your father when young. I love these photos."
