Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet "won't appear" in Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's new Netflix shows, it has been claimed.

Meghan and Harry have reportedly decided that their two children - aged four and two - will not make appearances in their forthcoming shows, leaning into their previous choice to keep them out of the spotlight.

The Duchess of Sussex is said to be working on a show inspired by her new brand - American Riviera Orchard - which is set to "celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship". In contrast to his wife, Harry is set to release a show which focus on his love of the US Polo Championship.

A source recently told the Sun on Sunday: "Harry and Meghan have not always agreed on how much they should expose their children to the media but, in this case, Harry has clearly won."

This comes after it was previously reported that Meghan was keen on having Archie and Lilibet by her side when she stepped back into the spotlight.

As reported by the Sun reported last year: "Meghan wants to move back into public life - with Archie and Lilibet by her side."

An insider told the paper that Harry was less keen due to how much he was affected by his very public childhood. Meghan is not said to be filming her new show in the couple's £11million Californian home, reports the Mirror.

Meghan launched her new brand last month - on March 14 - with the release on a new website and Instagram account. The mother-of-two also sent her first product - a strawberry jam - to 50 lucky friends and American influencers last week.

Among those who received a jar were fashion designer Tracy Robbins and Argentine socialite Delfina Balquier. Meghan's former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer, who appears to be very close to Meghan, has also posted a series of new snaps on her Instagram page featuring the jam.
