The trailer was released in conjunction with a surprise screening Sunday at the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado. Reviews haven't yet surfaced from the screening, several critics posted their superlative-filled reactions to social media.

Film director Daniel Howat wrote on X after the screening that You Can See Everything "is maybe the most hysterical, shocking, insane documentary I’ve ever seen. Endlessly thought-provoking ... A work of genius."

Los Angeles-based music producer Erik Nordgren called it "easily the best film of the year for me, arguably on my best of the decade list. It turns from an uneasy-as-hell doc into something structurally, stylistically, and formally even more shocking. Like nothing I’ve ever seen."

The exchange harkens back to another uncomfortable, lesser-known interview Fielder conducted on This Hour Has 22 Minutes with former CBC president Hubert T. Lacroix in 2008. You Can See Everything is set to release in theatres next month.
