This is the moment Rachel Reeves realised the Budget had been leaked early in a massive blunder by the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR).

The Chancellor as caught off-guard on live TV as Labour colleague Torsten Bell appeared to break the news to her that her Budget had been leaked by the OBR half an hour before she was due to deliver it.

Footage broadcast as part of Prime Minister's Questions shortly after 12pm showed Ms Reeves nervously looking at a mobile phone while Sir Keir Starmer spoke next to her.

She could then be seen writing something down while looking at Treasury Minister James Murray's phone before exchanging notes with Mr Bell, who appeared to tell her: "It's fine, it's fine."
