Meghan Markle urged to rethink major decision as she seeks to 'cut ties with UK'

Meghan Markle has been branded "bitter and angry" over her rift with the Royal Family, with claims surfacing that she's indicating a permanent break from the UK.

Despite Prince Harry's upcoming London visit for the Invictus Games' 10th-anniversary celebration and a potential reunion with King Charles, Meghan will remain stateside.

Since their Royal exit in 2020, Meghan's UK visits have been sparse, and tensions with The Firm have simmered. Royal commentator Tom Quinn suggests her absence is a clear message of no return.

"Meghan doesn't have a sure touch at all when it comes to dealing with her husband's family," Tom revealed to The Mirror, advising Meghan to reconsider her stance and reconnect with the royals.

With both King Charles and the Princess of Wales facing cancer battles, Tom emphasised the urgency for Meghan's UK return.

He added: "She worries hugely about her image, but doesn't see how much her image would be improved if she were to come to the UK and announce that family disagreements should be forgotten when one's relatives are seriously ill.

"In other words, it would look really good for Meghan's image if she showed herself to be the bigger person, but she is so bitter and angry still that even the life-threatening illness affecting both her sister-in-law and her father-in-law is not enough for her to put the past behind her."

"By not coming back in the face of these family disasters, Meghan is definitely signalling that she will never come back."

Tom isn't the first person to suggest Meghan won't be returning to the UK.

Author Omid Scobie wrote in his explosive book Endgame that the Duchess of Sussex "never felt at home" in the UK. He said she: "Never wants to set foot again in England."

Omid suggested the reason behind Meghan's decision was because she wanted to "dive back into the soap opera of the court".
