Meghan Markle’s popularity remains at rock bottom, according to new polls.

The Duchess of Sussex is disliked by the majority of Brits - with only 25 percent said to be a fan.

The poll marks the first anniversary of King Charles’s Coronation and although some key members of The Firm have seen their popularity increase, Meghan’s approval ratings are still dragging along the bottom.

Her husband Prince Harry is also trailing at the bottom of the table amongst those who were surveyed for the Mail on Sunday poll which was conducted by Ipsos.

Just 25 percent of Brits are a fan of the Duchess of Sussex and 31 percent of those surveyed liked Prince Harry.

Although Meghan is more popular with young people - with 42 percent of 18 to 34 year-olds viewing Meghan favourably - that figure dropped to just 12 percent of 55 to 75-year-olds.

Prince Harry fared slightly better - with 49 percent of the younger generation and 18 percent of the older generation liking him.

King Charles, however, gets the nod from the majority of those polled, with 56 percent believing that he is doing a good job.

The highest-ranking members of the Royal Family are the Prince and Princess of Wales, with 69 percent approval ratings. Prince Andrew is the least popular, with just one in eight giving him their backing.

The poll surveyed 2,166 British adults.

Gideon Skinner from the polling firm said: “As the King returns to public duties he is greeted by a further boost in favourability ratings for himself and other core members of the Royal Family," reports GB News.

He added: “The question for the monarchy is whether this is a short-term improvement driven by a swell in public sympathy or whether it can be maintained – particularly among younger generations where the Royals need to focus their engagement efforts.”

King Charles has had a busy week since his return to public engagements since he was diagnosed with cancer.

Today the King was snapped leaving Sunday Service in Gloucestershire. Last week, along with Queen Camilla, 76, he visited the Macmillan Cancer Centre at University College Hospital in London. He also attended the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

Next week it’s been reported that Prince Harry will pay his father a visit when he touches down in the UK to attend a ceremony on Wednesday, May 8, at St Paul's Cathedral marking the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.
