A member of Irish rap trio Kneecap will not be prosecuted after he was filmed shouting "the only good Tory is a dead Tory" at a gig in London.

The Met Police says that the decision was made after a "thorough investigation" when footage of the comments surfaced in April. The force concluded that offences were "beyond the statutory time limit for prosecution".

Liam Og O hAnnaidh, who performs as Mo Chara, remains under investigation over allegedly displaying a flag in support of Hezbollah at a gig last year.
