Iran has launched a huge new wave of missiles at Israel, the IDF has confirmed.

A spokesperson said that missiles launched from Iran were identified by Israel's defense systems, which are operating to intercept the threat.

"The Home Front Command has sent advance instructions directly to mobile phones in the relevant areas. The public is asked to act responsibly and follow the instructions, which are lifesaving. Enter protected spaces when you receive the alert and remain there until further notice. Leaving the protected space will only be permitted after receiving explicit instructions. Continue to follow the Home Front Command's instructions," the spokesperson also said.
