A ban on advertising assisted dying is to be debated as the controversial Bill returns to Parliament.
The regulation of substances to be used by a terminally ill person to bring about their death is also due to be discussed by MPs in the Commons on Friday.
The Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill is undergoing a second day of report stage, with various amendments likely to be debated and possibly voted on. Its third reading – where a vote is taken on the overall Bill – could take place next Friday.
The Bill, backed by the Express' Give Us Our Last Rights crusade, passed second reading stage by a majority of 55 during a historic vote in November, which saw MPs support the principle of assisted dying.

Esther Rantzen urges MPs to give terminally ill 'confidence and hope’
Dame Esther Rantzen has called on MPs to let terminally ill people like her “face the future with confidence and hope”, as the assisted dying Bill returns to the Commons on Friday.
The veteran broadcaster, 84, will watch from home as the landmark legislation undergoes several more hours of scrutiny and votes on amendments.
In a message to MPs who will soon decide whether the Bill should continue on its journey to becoming law, she said: “Please remember the vast majority of the public urgently need your vote."

Supported by Dame Esther Rantzen, we launched a petition calling for a Parliamentary debate and a vote of conscience by MPs in conjunction with charity Dignity in Dying which says the current law offers families no protection or support.
