Three of the 53 British passengers aboard the doomed Air India flight that crashed on Thursday have been named. The flight destined for London Gatwick had 242 people on board when it crashed in Ahmedabad, in western India, shortly after take-off.
More details have now emerged of the British nationals who were on board alongside Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, believed to be the sole survivor. Akeel Nanabawa, his wife Hannaa Vorajee and their daughter, who lived in Gloucester, were on board the flight, the BBC reports.
