Prince Harry has nothing to worry about if Joe Biden remains as US President, as his lawyers have indicated that his place in the country is safe despite an ongoing court case about his US visa.

The Duke of Sussex, who moved to the US alongside his wife in 2020, is facing a court scrutiny about his US residency.

Conservative thinktank the Heritage Foundation has questioned the Department of Homeland Security’s decision to grant Harry a US visa after he admitted to taking illegal drugs in his memoir Spare.

It is suing the US government in attempt to force the department to release Harry’s visa records to determine whether he had lined in his official paperwork. This is because a history of drug use would normally disqualify an applicant from being granted residence.

However, Biden administration lawyers have backed a statement from a US ambassador suggesting the President would not look to deport Harry, according to Newsweek.
