Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have arrived in Nigeria to champion the Invictus Games, which he founded to aid the rehabilitation of wounded and sick service members and veterans.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle arrived in Nigeria earlier this morning and the first pictures of their trip have been released.

The couple, who are in the West African country to champion the Invictus Games, are visiting children at the Lights Academy in Abuja.

It marks their first trip to Nigeria for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and comes after Meghan revealed that she has Nigerian ancestry.
