Dozens killed, trapped after shooting at concert hall near Moscow

Screams and gunshots can be heard from inside a concert hall near Moscow, Russia after gunmen burst in and opened fire. Russia’s Federal Security Service said 40 people were killed and more than 100 wounded. Russian news reports say the gunmen threw explosives that set the building on fire.
