California recall results: Maps show how each county is voting

1 hafta önce 11

The election to decide whether California Gov. Gavin Newsom should be recalled from office ends Tuesday, Sept. 14.

Shortly after polls close at 8 p.m., counties will begin reporting results, and the process will continue for seven days as elections officials finish counting eligible mail-in ballots.

There are two questions on the ballot. One: Should Newsom be removed from office? Two: If he is removed, who should replace him? If more than 50% of voters say yes to question one, then the candidate with the most votes in question two will become governor. But if more than 50% vote no to question one, Newsom will stay in office.
